How long will the original file be retained on the server after the file conversion is completed?
Original files will be deleted immediately after the file conversion is completed and will not be retained to ensure your privacy and data security.
The converted new file will be retained on the server for 24 hours to give you enough time to download and check it. During this period, users can delete the converted new file by themselves. If you delete the file in advance, it will not continue to remain on the server.
